BMS Commissioning Engineer - North UK

We are seeking an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to join a team for a long-term contract across various sites in the North of the UK. This exciting opportunity is expected to last over 12 months and offers competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

Commission and optimize Siemens Building Management Systems

Develop and implement control strategies for HVAC and other building systems

Troubleshoot and resolve complex BMS issues

Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery

Provide technical support and training to clients and team members

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in BMS commissioning, particularly with Siemens systems

Strong knowledge of Siemens Desigo platform

Hands-on experience with Siemens PX and DX

In-date ECS or CSCS card
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel across the North

Desired Skills:

Experience with other BMS platforms (e.g., Trend, Honeywell)

Knowledge of energy optimization strategies

Familiarity with building services and HVAC systems
