You'll need to be highly self-motivated and have a proven track record of success. You will need to create long lasting positive impressions and build relationships on a daily basis with great communication skills.
You will have experience working in a High Compliance division of recruitment and be able to manage a large and varied workload.
You will have strong business development experience and a willingness to take on a brand new area.
