Description

This is a mixed role between Software Developer and Support Analyst Duties.

Day to day will include:

Design, develop, and implement software applications
Collaborate with the technology team to identify and implement digital solutions
Provide technical support and training to colleagues on new systems
Help setup of new user accounts and orientations to computer systems
Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, and usability
Participate in upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems
Conduct system tests and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Produce comprehensive documentation relating to system design and implementation
Maintain current knowledge of technology trends and developments
Help with inquires through phone calls or service ticketsProfile

Must haves:

C# / VB.NET
SQL
JavaScript
Thorough knowledge of MS Windows and Office 365
