Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Static)

£38,000 - £40,000 plus 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, Overtime, Pension & Benefits

The Role

* The position is based on site at a critical research facility in Derbyshire

* Planned & Reactive maintenance on a range of Mechanical & HVAC equipment

* General M&E building services maintenance & compliance work as required i.e. emergency lights, PPMs

Working Hours

* Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

What you'll need to succeed

* We are keen to speak to experienced Mechanical Engineers with a strong maintenance background within commercial environments

* Qualified in a mechanical discipline

* Knowledge of Confined Space, Legionella, and Permit to Work systems (Beneficial not essential)

* A proven background in service, maintenance, breakdown & repair

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients and sub-contractors

* Must live within a commutable distance of Derby
