About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Project Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. You’ll support the delivery of complex projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. Acting as a central point of contact, you’ll work closely with the Project Operations Manager, surveyors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in project planning and scheduling, creating timelines and setting milestones.
  • Allocate and coordinate resources including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Track progress, highlight risks, and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and documentation support to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Manage and enforce data quality and assurance for facilities-related data.
  • Support risk management by identifying and mitigating potential project issues.
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholder communications, keeping all parties informed.
  • Adapt to changes in project scope with strong change management skills.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Excellent communication: Clear, concise verbal and written communication with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Technical proficiency: Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and ability to interpret Microsoft Project Gantt charts.
  • Facilities Management knowledge: Understanding of FM systems, KPIs, and challenges within defence facilities operations.
  • Organisational and time management skills: Able to prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines.
