What You'll Do

Lead and coach three specification-focused colleagues
-
Deliver CPDs, influence architects early and grow quote conversion
-
Maintain CRM accuracy, compile board packs, host factory visits & CPDs
-
Feed Midlands market insight into wider UK and North American strategy
-
Monitor KPIs and adjust tactics to hit revenue targets
You'll Need

Proven success selling construction products via specification / CPD route

Experience guiding or managing sales or spec teams with data-driven KPIs

Confident presenter who engages architects and senior stakeholders

Knowledge of facades, masonry, structural steel or wider building envelope products
