Engage with potential clients to promote products and services
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Participate in team meetings and sales training
Keep a record of calls and sales, and note useful information in the databaseProfile

A successful Telesales Executive should have:
