RMN Nurse Manager

We are looking to recruit a Clinical Manager (RMN Or RNLD), on behalf of a leading specialist mental health service in Bradford, West Yorkshire. The Hospital offers mental health  care for males over 3 wards: including acute service, PICU, and a highly specialised Autism Spectrum Disorder Service.  We are looking for an RMN or RNLD qualified Clinical Manager, to work full time 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm, and the role offers a salary of £63,000 per annum.
  
To apply for RMN / RNLD Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be;

• An experienced Senior RMN / RNLD Registered Nurse with a current NMC pin number
• 2+ years management experience
• Experience of interpreting and analysing complex information and managing complex circumstances.
• Experience of setting, monitoring and evaluating standards for high quality care
• Experience of preparing and presenting reports at senior management level
• Compassionate and focused on patient recovery to monitor, manage and reduce risk whilst helping to empower and support service user independence

The Role of Clinical Nurse Manager:
To provide direction and contemporary initiatives to drive and embed effective clinical practice and leadership for care delivery. You will ensure delivery of an optimum level of clinical and therapeutic care, together with ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards and delivering against key performance indicators.  As a member of the Senior Management team, you will play a key part in leading and delivering the hospital strategy, providing operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff group in support of the Hospital Manager
