Are you a passionate Nursery teacher who believes in creating a joyful, nurturing start to a child's education? A welcoming primary setting in Plumstead is seeking a dedicated Nursery Teacher to join their team from April on a fixed-term contract.

About the Role

• You'll create a stimulating, language-rich environment where children feel safe, valued and inspired to explore.

• Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Supporting children's social, emotional and academic development
• Observing, assessing and tracking progress in line with EYFS expectations
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers
• Working collaboratively with support staff and colleagues

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has a recognised Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher qualification
• Holds GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) - Science at GCSE level is desirable
• Has a secure understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of early child development and effective early years practice
