Mobile Estate Cleaner - Liverpool (Social Housing)

Location: Liverpool, UK
Rate: £16.20 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm
Start: ASAP

Building Careers UK are currently recruiting for a Mobile Estate Cleaner on behalf of a reputable Social Housing contractor based in the Liverpool area.

Duties include:

Cleaning of communal areas and corridors
Sanitising touch points
Cleaning floors and empty flats
Travelling between multiple housing schemes across LiverpoolRequirements:

Full UK driving licence (clean) - Essential
Previous cleaning experience - Essential
Must be flexible and reliable
Ability to work independently and to scheduleWhat's Provided:
