QA Specialist

Walker Cole International is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical logistics and distribution organisation in Hertfordshire to appoint a QA Specialist. This role will play a key part in maintaining GDP compliance and audit readiness across the organisation's UK distribution network.

Key Responsibilities for a QA Specialist:

* Planning, conducting and reporting internal GDP audits, identifying compliance gaps and driving continuous improvement across distribution and storage operations.

* Hosting and supporting client and regulatory audits and inspections, managing audit findings, CAPAs and effectiveness checks to ensure ongoing compliance.

* Supporting the Quality & Compliance function, working cross-functionally to maintain high standards across pharmaceutical logistics and distribution activities.

A QA Specialist will have:

* Strong understanding of GDP compliance within pharmaceutical distribution and storage

* Experience conducting internal audits and supporting external inspections

* Ability to manage CAPAs, audit findings and continuous improvement initiatives

Additional Details

* Hybrid working: 2-3 days on-site

* Salary: £40,000
