Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service

Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements

Lead, support, and develop care staff to deliver outstanding care

Manage care planning, risk assessments, and service delivery

Work with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families

Promote safeguarding, quality assurance, and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)

Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practices

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

Passionate about person-centred care and community support
