Highly successful and expanding Insurance organisation seek a Subsidence Claims Technician to join their team. This company have expanded significantly in recent years and have developed a continued reputation for quality of work.

This fully remote role will see you handle a portfolio of Subsidence claims cases from instruction through to settlement. Taking the lead on the claim, you will liaise with the Client, Engineers, Surveyors and various other individuals to progress the claim to resolution.

To apply for this role, it is essential you have Subsidence claims experience. You will understand the claims process and relevant case law. You will have an excellent customer service ethic and the ability to communicate effectively.

This is a home based role and the team have regular get togethers for collaboration, team spirit and discussing complex cases with Surveyors.
