Cardtapp is looking for Business Development Representatives (BDR) for our Bellevue (WA)-based account management team.
Our BDRs serve as the front line in customer outreach with the goal of identifying qualified growth opportunities. The BDR will utilize Salesforce, phone outreach, and marketing automation tools to connect with contacts, ultimately giving our account management team more qualified opportunities to drive high-value conversations with business stakeholders.

Develop relationships and schedule meetings with decision makers in key accounts
Strategize with Account Managers to conduct market and account analysis
Take part in high-level conversations with senior business leaders to identify and address business needs.
Create personalized strategic emails to target customers and prospects
Continuously maintain and update Salesforce.com
Conduct ongoing research to identify decision-makers, obtain contact information and begin targeting
Achieve account outreach/meeting quotas
1-4 years of experience in lead generation, sales, and/or marketing (SaaS experience a plus, but not required)
Must have strong analytical skills
Must have strong verbal skills
Must have excellent business acumen suitable for a consultative approach
Creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity
Detail oriented, tenacious, responsible and self motivated
Salesforce.com experience preferred
Knowledgeable with MS Office
Strong academic qualifications; Bachelor's degree required
US work authorization
