🔧 The Role

As a Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns across production and packaging machinery

*

Diagnose and resolve electrical and/or mechanical faults quickly and safely

*

Support continuous improvement initiatives and machinery upgrades

*

Accurately record maintenance activities and compliance checks

*

Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime

✅ About You

You'll be a great fit if you have:

*

A recognised engineering qualification (NVQ, ONC, HNC, or equivalent)

*

Experience in a manufacturing environment (food or FMCG experience advantageous, but not essential)

*

A multi-skilled background or a clear electrical or mechanical bias

*

Strong fault-finding ability and a proactive, hands-on approach

*

The confidence to work independently as well as part of a team
