Quest Search & Selection is currently working with one of the marketing leading partners who have the rights to some of the world's leading Fashion, Beauty, Home, Leisure, Food & Beverage brands across the Middle East.

This is a relocation opportunity to Dubai.

This Head of Loyalty & CRM role you will Create, Manage, and Lead Loyalty Customer Segmentation and Customer Value Management efforts within this multi-branded environment.

The day to day responsibilities of this Head of Loyalty & CRM role -

  • To drive the Loyalty program & financial analysis and to assist with P&L management and insights.
  • To lead operational reporting support utilizing loyalty member database and other data available
  • Create targeted customer offerings, segmentation and profiling
  • Develop programme dashboards and automate reports
  • Excellent at data storytelling and drive compelling discussions with Finance and Business Commercial Heads on impact of loyalty programme's
  • Advice on CRM strategies to improve and achieve programme and marketing KPI's
  • Lead efforts to enrich data sets via online and third-party data enrichment partnerships
  • Help to drive our customer acquisition and growth strategies by finding potential customer
  • Define customer retention and engagement strategies to increase loyalty prog
  • Advice on CRM strategies to improve and achieve programme and marketing KPI's

The Skills and Experience needed for this Head of Loyalty & CRM role -

  • 10+ years of data science experience within Loyalty, CRM
  • You just have experience with the retail, customer & experience with segmentation
  • You must be seen as a Loyalty Programme experts
  • You must have worked within a Loyalty specialised agencies or with Retail Reward programmes
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Data Science and Loyalty space.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills to lead discussions with internal executives.
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset.
  • Proven experience in Advanced Analytics and Loyalty Financial Modelling
