Working as a Health and Safety Coordinator:

Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures for Health & Safety
Monitor and evaluate each department, using the skills matrix to ensure training is prioritised in accordance with business needs
Assist in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Collaborating with management on H&S statistics and KPIs
Ensure adequate provision of first-aid and welfare facilities, as well as a safe working environment without risk to healthThe ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working within a similar environment
Excellent communication skills
Relevant qualifications (or working towards these)
A flexible approach
