TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a friendly and growing law firm in Tylorstown who are looking to recruit an HR & Accounts Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in HR and/or accounts who is looking for a varied and rewarding administrative role within a supportive team environment.
The Role
This full-time, on-site role will see you working closely with both the HR and Accounts teams, providing essential administrative support across a range of responsibilities.
You'll be joining a small but efficient Accounts team made up of a Practice Manager and Accounts Assistant, contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Support:
- Payment processing and ledger allocations
- Assisting with payroll administration
- Supporting monthly and year-end processes
- General accounts and finance administration
HR Support:
- Assisting with recruitment administration and onboarding
- Maintaining personnel files and employee records
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee communications
- Handling confidential HR data with care and discretion
About You:
- Experience in either accounts, HR, or both is preferred
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Discreet and professional, particularly when handling sensitive information
- Confident working as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment
