Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and managing on-site construction activities
Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards
Conducting site surveys and establishing site control
Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and craftsmen to ensure efficient and effective construction processes
Implementing health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment
Preparing and maintaining site documentation, including daily reports and progress updates
Coordinating with suppliers and ensuring materials are delivered as required
Resolving technical issues and providing engineering solutions on-site

Job Requirements:

Experience in site engineering within steel/steel erection
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using relevant engineering software and tools
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
