Salary: £25714 - £41604/annum

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Religious Education seeking an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives? An excellent position awaits you at a thriving school in the Huntingdon area, starting in January for the Spring Term!

Qualifications and Experience:

-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): A valid teaching qualification recognized in the UK.
-Subject Specialization: A degree in Religious Education or a related field.
-Teaching Experience: Proven experience teaching RE to secondary school students.
-Knowledge of Curriculum: Familiarity with the National Curriculum and the ability to create engaging lesson plans.
-Pastoral Care: Experience in providing pastoral care and support to students.


-Teaching and Planning: Delivering high-quality Religious Education lessons to students in Years 7-11 and possibly the Sixth Form, with a focus on engaging and inspiring learning experiences.

-Marking: Providing timely and constructive feedback on students' work to support their academic progress.

-Form Group (Possibly): If assigned, take on the responsibility of a form group, contributing to students' pastoral care and well-being.

-Curriculum Development: Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the development of the Religious Education curriculum.

-Parental Engagement: Building positive relationships with parents and guardians to enhance communication and support student development.

-Duties: Fulfilling assigned duties to contribute to the smooth running of the school community.
