On Target Earnings: £60,000

Package:
Basic Salary: Up to £40,000
OTE: £60,000+
Car Allowance: Up to £4,500
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 6PM, 1 in 3 Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
Accompany applicants on property viewings
Handle telephone and email enquiries from applicants and vendors
Register new enquiries and arrange appointments
Follow up on all enquiries efficiently
Negotiate sales and manage offers
Generate a targeted number of viewings per week
Manage sales progression, liaising with solicitors and all relevant parties
Maintain accurate records of all activity
Promote all company services to generate new instructions
Demonstrate a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Develop client relationships and secure future instructions
Provide a first-class level of customer service at all times
