Job Title: Telehandler 
Location: Coventry
Hours: Days (flexibility required)
Salary: £32,533 per annum (Increased once fully trained)
Licences Required: Tele-handler (FLT, 360 Rehandler, Ash Crane - desirable, training provided)

Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery: ash crane, 360 rehandler, weighbridge
Assist public with correct waste segregation
Handle hazardous waste safely and monitor tipping hall operations
Load and manage waste containers and transport
Keep site clean, tidy, and compliant with site licences
Maintain records, report incidents, and conduct safety checks
Provide cover for stores and ash crane operations as needed 

Requirements:
Experience working outdoors and independently
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic understanding of recycling/waste minimisation
Team player, physically fit, and safety-minded
