They're growing fast and looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their Dublin-based team. This is a hybrid role where you'll help build intelligent systems that make a real impact.
What You'll Do
In this senior role, you'll:
Lead end-to-end delivery of ML projects, breaking them into achievable tasks and identifying risks early.
Troubleshoot and improve our ML microservices with a focus on reliability and performance.
Mentor junior engineers, offering clear, constructive feedback to help raise the technical bar.
What You'll Need
5+ years writing production-quality Python.
3+ years working with ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
A degree in computer science, maths, or a related field.
Strong mentoring skills and a collaborative mindset.
