As a Senior Practitioner, you will:

?? Carry out a range of social work interventions?? Promote restorative, strengths-based practice?? Support families in developing their own plans via Family Group Conferences?? Ensure high-quality assessments and timely reports for courts, safeguarding meetings & reviews?? Line-manage and support social workers & students?? Build effective relationships with families and partner agencies?? Help shape positive outcomes for children and their families?? Deputise for the Team Manager when required
