We’re working with a well established organisation that’s investing heavily in its people, its technology, and its future — and they’re now looking to grow their maintenance team with an experienced engineer who thrives in a fast paced, hands on environment.If you enjoy problem solving, working with a variety of manufacturing equipment, and being part of a collaborative, proactive engineering culture… this one’s for you!The RoleAs a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in keeping the site running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your day?to?day will include:*   Proactively completing PPM across a wide range of production machinery*   Rapid response to breakdowns, conducting root cause analysis and repairs*   Troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems*   Carrying out general building and facility repairs as needed*   Supporting continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and efficiency*   Ensuring work is completed to high safety standards and following all regulationsThis role offers real variety — no two days will be the same, and you’ll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in doing things properly.What we’re looking for - *   A recognised apprenticeship (electrical, mechanical or electro?mechanical)*   Minimum Level 3 qualification (C&G, NVQ, BTEC or ONC)*   Strong electrical competence including - 18th Edition *   Confident fault finding ability across electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems*   Solid understanding of Health & Safety practices*   Well organised, proactive and comfortable working under pressureIf you're a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge with a business that is growing and genuinely values its people, we’d love to hear from you.Apply today via the link.
