Registered Manager Children’s Residential Home - Up to £55,000 - Complex Needs and EBD

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager within children’s residential care who can lead with consistency, integrity, and a clear understanding of what good care looks like in practice.

You will oversee the day-to-day running of a well-established EBD children’s home supporting children and young people with complex needs. This is a role where your leadership will directly influence stability, outcomes, and the overall quality of care within the service.

What You’ll Need

• Proven senior experience in children’s residential care – Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager with a strong track record (essential)
• Level 3 or Level 4 Children’s Residential qualification (or equivalent)
• Level 5 Leadership qualification or willingness to work towards it
• Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and inspection processes
• Experience managing budgets and financial accountability
• Full UK driving licence

• Provide leadership to staff supporting children with complex needs and EBD
• Manage budgets and oversee financial performance of the service
• Lead on Ofsted preparation and ongoing compliance standards
• Recruit, supervise and develop the staff team
• Oversee care planning and ensure positive outcomes for young people
