Due to our explosive growth, we are hiring and training individuals in customer service, business development, sales and marketing, and/or customer interaction experience. We are looking for an individual to learn from the bottom up in this entry-level position. Our firm specializes in brand marketing, with several opportunities for career development in all departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Meeting with our customers daily to go over product / service needs at that time.
• Building genuine relationships with customers in order to understand and find solutions to any issues or problems they are experiencing.
• Creating a positive, fun, and motivating environment to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction.
• Participation in morning meetings including: role-play scenarios, product knowledge, and psychology of consumer behavior training.
• Representing the client according to compliance standards at its retail events.
• Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure.
**Please note this is NOT a call center, IT, or administration position. We are in need of someone to act as a liaison between our clients and their consumer base. Ability to meet at our clients' location is a necessity.
While no experience is necessary, specific backgrounds and / or experience are beneficial for associates:
• Experience in customer service or business is preferred
• Exceptional communication and networking skills
• Fast and effective decision-making abilities
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Professionalism and people skills
