My Client is a leading house builder with an exceptional reputation for delivering high-quality new homes across Kent and the surrounding area.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven New Homes Sales Consultant to join the on site sales team. You will be the face of the brand, providing an exceptional home-buying experience for our customers from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage the sales process from initial customer contact to legal completion.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all potential buyers receive a professional and welcoming experience.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate and timely information on developments and available plots.
Maintain effective communication with customers, solicitors, and internal teams.
Ensure the sales suite and show homes are presented to the highest standard at all times.
Requirements:
Proven track record in new homes sales (minimum 2 years preferred).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Highly customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
