Hoddesdon - Office based 08:00-17:00

Salary up to £28,000

Are you highly organised, confident managing multiple tasks, and experienced in scheduling engineers or coordinating field‑based teams?

Our established and growing client is looking for a Scheduler / Operations Coordinator to join their busy operations team

Company events.Responsibilities:

Using the company scheduling systems to allocate engineer projects.
Monitor and manage resource availability across multiple live sites
Provide accurate availability updates to the Sales team to support quoting and tendering
Flag clashes, shortages or operational risks to the Operations Manager
Assist with forward planning to ensure smooth project delivery
Ensure documentation reflects the scope of works, equipment and site conditions
Issue documentation to clients in line with company procedures
Book accommodation and travel for field personnel
Order PPE and project-specific equipment as required
Respond to client emails and phone calls.
