Flourish Education are working with a GOOD rated Primary School in Cinderford who are seeking a Primary Teacher to join their team for a job share. This role requires no planning and offers a fantastic work-life balance, working just three days a week.

Job Role:

Class Teacher responsibilities including marking and class room management, with no planning required

Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and/or Key Stage 2 (KS2)

Support a job-share arrangement to ensure consistency in pupils' learning

Marking work and assessing progress in line with the National Curriculum

Maintain excellent behaviour management and positive classroom environment

Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and carers as a Primary Teacher

Required Skills and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and/or Key Stage 2 (KS2)

Strong understanding of the National Curriculum

Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively

Previous experience as a Primary Teacher, Class Teacher, KS1 Teacher or KS2 Teacher

Excellent communication and organisation skills

Working as a Primary Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:

£140 to £160 per day which equates to £26,600 to £30,400 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year

This Primary Teacher position is based in Cinderford, which is easily commutable from Coleford, Mitcheldean, Lydney, Newnham, Ruardean, and Ross-on-Wye. The Primary School is accessible by public transport and offers onsite parking for staff.
