Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily schedules for engineers, electricians, plumbers, and apprentices.
* Communicate work plans efficiently and clearly to relevant team members.
* Maintain accurate and timely records using internal systems.
* Liaise with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
* Respond professionally to inbound phone calls from clients and residents.
