What You'll Be Doing
From day one, you'll get stuck into meaningful work across a variety of areas:
Core Accounting & Reporting
- Support day-to-day accounting across multiple entities
- Assist with maintaining financial records and reconciliations
- Help prepare monthly and annual financial reports
- Get involved in budgeting and forecasting processes
Investment Exposure
- Learn how investment portfolios are managed
- Track capital movements and performance
- Work closely with brokers and investment managers
Cash & Payments
- Assist with managing payments, invoices, and expenses
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Gain exposure to modern tools like Xero and ApprovalMax
Tax & Compliance
- Work alongside external advisors on tax processes
- Help prepare documentation and schedules
- Learn how compliance works across multiple entities
Business Operations
- Support audits and internal processes
- Assist with financial analysis and new opportunities
- Collaborate with teams across legal, tax, and finance
What We're Looking For
- A graduate (or final-year student) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- A strong interest in building a career in accounting or finance
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
- Great attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (experience with Xero is a bonus, not essential!)
- A team player with strong communication skills
