Hours: 40 hours per week (centre operational hours 7:30am-6:30pm)

Revive Education is recruiting on behalf of a vibrant, child-focused nursery looking for an experienced Room Leader to lead a room of toddlers or pre-school children. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education, enjoys mentoring a team, and wants to make a real difference in children's lives.

The Role:
As Room Leader, you will:

Lead a room, planning and delivering high-quality, developmentally appropriate activities following EYFS guidance

*

Support and guide your team to ensure a nurturing and stimulating environment for children

*

Monitor children's progress, assess needs, and provide the support required for their learning and development

*

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture where staff ideas are valued

The Team & Setting:
The nursery has 87 children enrolled, with smaller rooms accommodating a maximum of 16 children each. The team of 26 staff works together in a welcoming, professional, and happy environment, reflecting the nursery's ethos: “Happy Happens Here.” Staff are encouraged to get involved in team socials and events, fostering strong collaboration and morale.
