Hours: 08:00-16:30, Monday-Friday (no weekends)
Pay: £17.00 per hour

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Van Technician / LCV Technician to join a busy workshop in Newport. This Vehicle Technician / Van Technician / Light Commercial Vehicle Technician role offers a straight day shift, no weekend working, and the chance to service, diagnose and repair a wide range of LCVs and light commercials in a professional and supportive environment.

The Role:
• Service, inspect and repair LCVs/light commercials to DVSA and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Complete job cards, service records and compliance documentation
• Maintain a safe, tidy and efficient workshop environment

The Requirements:
• Experience as an LCV Technician / Van Technician / Vehicle Technician
• Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (NVQ/City & Guilds/IMI)
• Strong diagnostics and problem‑solving ability
• Full UK driving licence
