Job Title: Reliability Engineer

Location: County Durham (with travel to multiple sites)

Hours: Monday to Friday, days based (No shifts)

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About the Role

SRG are currently searching for an experienced Reliability Engineer to join a client of ours on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will be based in County Durham, and will also require travel to support multiple sites, providing technical expertise and ensuring consistent reliability standards across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of reliability improvement strategies across all assigned sites
Focus on enhancing the performance of ageing assets, identifying risks and opportunities for optimisation
Analyse asset performance data and report on trends, root causes, and improvement actionsSkills & Experience Required

Proven experience in reliability engineering, maintenance optimisation, or similar roles
Demonstrated success implementing reliability improvements, ideally with ageing or legacy equipment
Strong diagnostic, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CMMS systems. Experience with Maintenance 5000 is highly desirable but not essential
Experience within a GMP environment is advantageous but not essential
