Assured Safety Recruitment is partnering with a respected UK manufacturing group to appoint a Health & Safety Co-ordinator for their high-volume production facility in Somerset. As a key member of the Site Team, you will assist the HSE lead the with strategy, complaince and culture. We're looking for someone who combines strategic potential with a hands-on approach, shape behaviours, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the developing and delivering a site-specific HSE improvement plan to manage risks and ensure legal compliance
Help drive continuous improvement in HSE performance across all departments
Perform internal and external audits to uphold high standards including 14001/45001
Assit the HSE lead implement Group SHE systems, initiatives, and campaigns at site level
Liaise with regulators when required
What We're Looking For
1-3 years exposure to HSE ideally large manufacturing or industrial environment. May not be your full time role
Strong communication and engagement skills at all organisational levels
Knowledge of technical and legislative Health & SAfety with keen desire to explore further.
