Our client is seeking an organised, detail-oriented individual to support the HR team on an interim basis. The HR Administrator will play a key role in onboarding new employees, maintaining accurate HR records, and assisting with payroll and general administrative tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Induction: Manage the full onboarding process for new starters, including welcome packs, induction scheduling, and completion of all required documentation.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, process employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding forms.
Employee Support: Act as first point of contact for new employees, guiding them through HR policies and procedures.
Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, interview arrangements, and general recruitment administration.
Compliance: Ensure all HR processes adhere to UK employment law and company policies.
Payroll Administration: Provide accurate employee data to support payroll processes.
Reporting: Assist with HR reporting and data analysis for management.
Person SpecificationProven HR administrative and onboarding experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working with data and HR systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information professionally.
