Our client is seeking an organised, detail-oriented individual to support the HR team on an interim basis. The HR Administrator will play a key role in onboarding new employees, maintaining accurate HR records, and assisting with payroll and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding & Induction: Manage the full onboarding process for new starters, including welcome packs, induction scheduling, and completion of all required documentation.

  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, process employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding forms.

  • Employee Support: Act as first point of contact for new employees, guiding them through HR policies and procedures.

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, interview arrangements, and general recruitment administration.

  • Compliance: Ensure all HR processes adhere to UK employment law and company policies.

  • Payroll Administration: Provide accurate employee data to support payroll processes.

  • Reporting: Assist with HR reporting and data analysis for management.

Person Specification
  • Proven HR administrative and onboarding experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Comfortable working with data and HR systems.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organisational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.

  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information professionally.
