We are excited to be exclusively retained on an exciting Management Accountant role with a £25 million turnover growing SME based in Milton Keynes who are keen on bringing in a talented Management Accountant into their finance team.The Role: Reporting into an impressive number 1 in Finance, you will be responsible for producing full-pack management accounts and adding value to the operations team as a true business partner.  Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Income statements, balance sheets and other financial documents
• Presenting reports to Head of Finance to aid in decision making
• Developing and overseeing financial systems and procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Controlling income and expenditure within the business, ensuring alignment with budgets
• Developing and implementing cost-effective financial policies and procedures, as well as mitigating financial risks
• Overseeing other aspects of financial operations such as payroll
• Submission of VAT Returns, CIS and Rebates
• Bank Reconciliation and maintaining cash flows
• Build relationships with departmental heads
• Communicating and interpreting financial data to non-finance mangers

The Ideal Candidate:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or a strong Finalist/QBE
• Proven experience in a well-rounded Management Accountant role (3 years+)
• Strong Excel (Pivot Tables/V-lookups)
• Clear communicator with the ability to build relationships internally inside and outside of finance.

• Up to £60,000 base salary plus bonus and benefits
