Are you looking to progress your accountancy career?We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Manager to join a growing, modern, forward-thinking firm of Accountants based in Wetherby.As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of SME clients and acting as a trusted advisor
• Preparing financial statements and management accounts in line with relevant standards
• Building strong, long-term client relationships and providing proactive financial insights
• Supporting clients with bookkeeping and cloud accounting tools (especially Xero)
• Supervising, mentoring and developing junior team members
• Identifying opportunities to improve clients’ financial processes and adding real value

To qualify for this Client Manager position, ideally you will meet the following:

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
• Strong working knowledge of Xero, Sage, QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Solid understanding of professional regulations and best practice
