We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our client's expanding operation. This role offers a Temporary to Permanent position with lots of potential and room to progress. As a General Operative you will be a part of the production process to ensure products are produced to the highest standard and exceed customers expectation.The Duties of a General Operative:- Read and interpret technical drawings to understand assembly requirements.- Operate various hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as drills, saws, and sanders.- Measure and cut materials according to specified dimensions.- Assist in the installation of fixtures.- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment.- Adhere to strict quality control standards throughout the production process.The Requirements of a General Operative:Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.Experience using a variety of hand and power tools.Ability to work effectively working to deadlines.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.Benefits:Competitive salary with opportunities for advancement.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Positive working environmentEarly finish FridayOvertime available at premium pat rate
