Salary: £35000 - £45000/annum + uncapped commission package

The Role

· The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for maintain and growing relationships with agency recruitment clients across all levels.

· The role requires travel for client-based meetings, training and entertainment 2 days a week usually with 3 days office-based work.

· The role focuses on achieving sales targets and enhancing opportunities with new and existing agency clients.

You'll also be expected to....

* Grow the worker base across existing and new agency clients.

* Increase the number of leads / referrals we receive from existing agency accounts where our client is on the PSL / ASL.

* Have extensive contact with recruitment consultants across all branches for each agency, including face-to-face meetings.

* Understand the payroll and umbrella industry, in which our client operates and provide technical support to agencies as and when required.

* Work closely with internal team to ensure all issues and queries are resolved quickly and in a professional manner.

What are we looking for?

· A highly motivated and dynamic sales individual with the right cultural fit.

· Preferred experience in the industry or recruitment

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Effective time management to ensure timely execution of all duties.

· Demonstrated ability to create and implement growth ideas.

· Solid commercial awareness and adeptness in negotiating with our agency partners.

· Experience in presenting to clients at various levels, including senior positions.

· Possess a positive, can-do attitude
