Project Delivery Manager - Remote (UK Based)
Salary: Up to £40,000
Contract: 6 Months Initially (Strong Potential to Go Permanent)

Are you an experienced and highly organised Project Delivery Manager with exceptional admin skills and an eye for detail? Our client, a successful and fast-paced professional services firm delivering projects across the UK and internationally, is looking for a driven and dependable individual to join their dynamic team.

This exciting role offers complete remote working from anywhere in the UK and the opportunity to be an integral part of high-impact project delivery.


The Role:

• Be the central point of coordination across multiple projects, ensuring smooth, on-time delivery
• Attend briefing meetings to understand each project and set up internal processes
• Create and manage project timelines, including Gantt charts, with a meticulous approach
• Assign and track project tasks, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed
• Maintain consistent, clear written communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Acknowledge updates and responses promptly and professionally
• Support Directors with diary and email management, requiring strong organisational ability
• Work flexibly across UK and global time zones (occasional out-of-hours work may be needed)

About You:

• Proven experience in project coordination, delivery, or similar project management roles
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in managing project timelines and Gantt chart tools
• Outstanding written communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage workload independently
• Prior experience supporting senior leaders, including diary and inbox management
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and flexible to support international clients
