SEN Teaching Assistant required in Salford 

Early Years

Full time ASAP start

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a “Good” Primary School in in the heart of Salford, M6. With their Early Years department being progressively good and all children making good progress,  this Salford  based primary school are actively looking to recruit a learning support assistant to support a child with Autism on a 1:1 basis.

As an Early Years learning support assistant, you would be expected to support, engage and inspire the learning of an autistic child on a 1:1 group basis. If you have supported children with SEN within a school before, or have experience in another setting, you would be welcomed to apply.

This primary school in Salford  provide a creative and independent environment for learning and are considered “Good” and their children make good progress.  They proudly show core values of inclusion, friendship, responsibility and making good choices to name a few and as a result of this, any future learning support assistants would be welcomed in with open arms.

 With great facilities in the nurture areas of school, you would have access to great spaces to aid learning and inclusion.  You would be working very closely with the SENCO and inclusion team to help support autism in the early years.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
