Our client who is a leading international provider of building materials and infrastructure solutions, are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join their manufacturing team.

About the Role

Full training provided to enable you to safely and effectively work as part of the production team as a Production Operative where you wil:

* Carry out various machinery operations (prep plant, extrusion, setting, dehacker and kiln)

* Ensure optimum production targets, minimum waste and the highest levels of consistent quality are achieved

* Ensure safe working at all times with a right first time every time by everyone attitude to produce a cost effective, quality product

* Actively take part in any training to enhance your role

Hours of Work: 6am to 6pm Mon to Fri or on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern

About You

* Previous manufacturing experience working with machinery within an automated manufacturing environment

* Good knowledge of health and safety

* Able to work to production targets

* Ability to understand work instructions (Standard Operating Procedures)

* Team player with the ability to work unsupervised

* Flexible approach to duties as well as willingness to work overtime
