Job Description

People Dynamix Education are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the Wirral area.

This role involves supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged with the work set and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across a range of subjects

• Ensure students complete work set by the teacher

• Maintain classroom behaviour and learning standards

• Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons

• Follow school safeguarding procedures

Requirements

• Experience working with young people or in schools desirable

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Confident managing groups of students

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
