The Team & Focus of the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join our team of Residential Lettings professionals. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a professional service is delivered to landlords and tenants while maintaining compliance with current lettings legislation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional to join an established residential lettings team and play a key role in the management of a growing property portfolio.
This is a full-time (37.5 hours) role, based at our office in Worcester.

Duties will include:
- Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Arrange and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and contractor works
- Conduct property inspections and produce detailed reports
- Prepare property management reports and maintain accurate records
- Manage deposit returns and tenancy-related matters
- Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation and safety regulations
- Use property management systems and spreadsheets to track property activity, maintenance, and compliance
The successful candidate will have...
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings or property management
- ARLA Propertymark qualified or working towards (preferred)
- Full clean UK driving licence and own car required
- Some UK travel required (expenses covered)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of UK lettings legislation and compliance
- Experience using property management systems and spreadsheets
- Excellent communication, organisational, and reporting skills
