Targeted Interventions & 1:1 Support

  • Support pupils with SEND, SEMH, or behavioural needs
  • Deliver structured interventions under the direction of the SENCO or class teacher
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to staff
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and self-regulation skills

Flexibility & Professionalism

  • Adapt quickly to new routines, teaching approaches, and behaviour systems
  • Provide support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as required
  • Be available for both pre-booked and same-day assignments
  • Communicate effectively with school staff and your Reed consultant

  • A calm, consistent, proactive approach
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork abilities

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
