CNC MILLER PROGRAMMER
We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller Programmer to work for our client who are on the outskirts of Mansfield.
THE DUTIES OF A CNC MILLER:
* Programming, Setting and operating Milling machines with Heidenhain controls
* Producing high quality components
* Reading engineering drawings
* Be able to perform maintenance on the CNC machines.
* Quality check machined parts using Verniers/ Callipers / micrometres
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:
* Minimum 5 years' experience working within a high precision manufacturing background.
* Have the ability to write and edit programmes
* Experience in tooling setup and adjustment for various machining operations.
* Knowledge of quality control based around ISO (Apply online only) is beneficial.
* Excellent communication skills
* Must be apprentice trained
THE HOURS:
Permanent, Full Time. Days 39 hours
6.45 - 3.30 Monday - Thursday
6.45 - 2.30 on Friday.
THE PAY:
The annual pay rate is between 25k-40k per annum , depending on experience
