Available Permanent Shifts

Location : Peterfield

Temporary to permanent

Choose a consistent shift that suits your lifestyle - no rotation.
Lates (3pm-11pm): £15.93/hr
Nights (11pm-7am): £16.48/hr
Full‑time, 5 days a week.

What You'll Bring

Experience leading or supervising teams
A background in manufacturing or production
Previous roles such as Team Leader, Line Leader, Cell Leader, or similar

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Operator / Production Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our production operation runs smoothly and efficiently:

Lead your team to achieve daily production plans, KPIs, and quality standards
Coach, support, and develop operators - from skill‑building to return‑to‑work support
Use OEE data and structured problem solving to improve output and reduce downtime
Champion Lean, 5S, and waste‑reduction initiatives across your area
Ensure rigorous quality compliance, documentation, and corrective actions
Support wider business projects with flexibility to assist in production tasks when needed
