A respected multidisciplinary construction consultancy, based in Central London, is looking for a Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering high-value commercial or mixed-use developments across London. The Project Manager will play a key role in managing projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors.

The successful Project Manager will be involved in a wide variety of schemes, particularly within the commercial and high-end residential sectors. With several live projects across Central and Greater London, this is a fantastic chance for a motivated Project Manager to make a real impact within a supportive and fast-paced consultancy environment.

The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, including procurement, contract administration and cost management. You'll be responsible for stakeholder engagement, risk management, and ensuring delivery aligns with budget and programme expectations. A strong understanding of JCT and NEC contracts is essential.

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in a consultancy environment

• BSc in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar

• Ideally working towards or holding MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB

• Experience managing commercial or residential developments

• Strong client-facing and communication skills

• £45,000 - £55,000
